Multi-Workspace Automation
Is there a way to set an automation that will apply to a specific sheet across all workspaces? We have many workspaces (one for every client of ours) and we need an automation on a particular task notification. When we have a change in staff, we have to go to every sheet individually to update that automation. It would be great if there was a master level automation that could apply to every sheet of that type within a workspace.

This is a manual process with your existing setup.
One option would be to have a reference sheet where you can list out the email of the person that needs to be in all of these alerts.
Then in each of the sheet add in a Sheet Summary field with a cross sheet reference formula to pull that email in. Then a contact type column with a column formula to grab the Sheet Summary field data. Finally setting your automation up to send to whoever is in this column means that you would only need to change the email one time in the reference sheet, and it will push through to all of the sheets pulling from it.
