Branching Logic (Trees) on sheet
Hello! I am relatively green when it comes to Smartsheet. I am looking to create a sheet that will track various channels of customer feedback, the solutions, who it is assigned to, WIP, RCA, and status. Currently, we keep these in separate databases and we want to combine them all in Smartsheet. Because the base issues can be a very large "bucket" we want to be able to drill down and have sub-buckets, descriptions, and other specifics tracked in separate columns. Is there a way to have selections in one column based on selections made in another column? Dependencies if you will but it may branch 4-5 columns.

@sam.bird Using Smartsheet forms or drop downs in a sheet, this cannot be done. However, if you use Appsheet you can do this, both to add new rows as well as edit existing rows.
Here is an example using dynamic drop downs where the list of available cities changes based on the state selected. I linked to the relevant part of the video to save you some time.
