Unable to sign on to mobile app on tablet (android)

Hello,
I need support in being able to login to the android mobile app.
I am signing in using "Sign in with Microsoft" and go through Microsoft Authenticator etc. and enter the code I receive.
After this step it says it says a "confirmation e-mail for sign-up" to my email. I am just trying to sign on. I receive an e-mail confirmation to start using smartsheet and when I click on it, it mentions I've already been "confirmed".
Is there any work around or can this be resolved ASAP?

If you haven’t already, I recommend submitting a support ticket through the new Smartsheet Support Portal.

I'm having this same issue along with my techs. We noticed it this week (Nov 6-10, 2023). I'm having trouble finding anything other than this post to try to fix it. Did you have any luck @tdotarcy?
