Can you use the Smartsheet Add-ins in MS Outlook with a shared email inbox?

I know you can use the add-in with your personal email inbox, but wondering if it can be used with a shared email inbox?

@Genevieve P. may have a better answer, but my experience is No, it's not possible.

I've found I've needed to email myself or a team member (some are automated through rules), so we can use the add-in.
