Automated way to Deactivate workflows

I need to lock and deactivate all automated workflows on a sheet when a particular condition is done. For instance I have a check box formatted column. When that box is checked I need an automated workflow that will lock and deactivate ALL workflows in that sheet.

Is this possible or do I need to submit a NEW IDEA?

Depending on the specific workflows, you could add a so-called helper column with a checkbox, which would get checked to deactivate and unchecked to activate the workflows. You'd add the checkbox column as a condition in all workflows.

Does that make sense?
