Way to get average number of submissions per day?

Working on an intake form with hundreds of responses and I wanted to know if there was a formula to calculate the average amount of responses per day.

You would have to have something that calculates the total number of responses per day and then average those.

You could create a separate sheet with a list of dates in one column and then a basic COUNTIFS formula to count how many submissions were made on each of those dates and get your average from there.
