Date format changing when uploading csv data shuttle when DD is lower than 13
The only part that has changed for us is a new Microsoft Office Tenant - Office 365 we have checked all regional date format settings. Here's an example row no 8 in the csv exel the raw data shows the date as 6th January 2023 which is correct. The column format is date.
When uploading the data via data shuttle. The sheet transposes this to 1st June 2023.

I believe this has to do with the Data Shuttle programming but will try to confirm at the Data Shuttle booth here at ENGAGE and will get back to you with what I find out.
There is a way to use a formula in a helper column, but I want to double check with the Smartsheet people directly for you before diving into a formula.

Thank you we don't what want to use a helper column as absolutely necessary as tons of columns and this never happened before. We have raised with Microsoft as this has been raised by others. Here's an extract of what we sent. Any help would be gratefully appreciated.

@GillianMcGovern I was able to confirm that this is a known bug that they are actively working on fixing.
I understand you prefer not to use a helper column, but unfortunately this is going to be the only way to work with this until they get it corrected.

Can anyone give details of how to set the helper column up and what formula to use?

@GillianMcGovern If you're still having this issue, could you please file a Support Ticket? I spoke with our product team and I believe this may not be a known issue.
