Can a notification workflow send the "changed from" data along with the new data?

Hello! We have a lot of notification workflows set up and it would be super helpful for the people being notified to get a snapshot of what the data was before it was changed, along with the new data that has been changed. Does anyone know if this is possible? Thanks in advance!

There's a workaround I've done before, but no core ability. First on your sheet you need to be using the Row ID automated column. Then you set up an automation to copy row to another sheet whenever X happens. Then on your core sheet, you can do a lookup to the 'copy to' sheet to INDEX over to the copy sheet and return the second to MAX (as the MAX would be the most recent version) value of whichever column using the Row ID.
