VLOOKUP not working in a specific sheet of destination
Hi all.
I am trying to do a simple VLOOKUP calling to a sheet as simple as the following one, wanting to get out of the Worker the Manager in the next column
Nonetheless, I am puzzled. When I open a new blank sheet and do the changes, the VLOOKUPS works perfectly, but in the following sheet, with exact same formula and trying both the "Created By" column and a dummy with the actual contact name, there appears as #NO MATCH. I tried many other things, but I cannot really know whta the issue is, as it works in another sheet.
Does anybody have any idea why is this the case, and if so, how can I solve it?
Thank you in advance!

@Adrià Termes Have you tried using Index/match or index/collect instead of Vlookup? I find that combination more useful.

Hi @Razetto.
The formula per se does work, but the issue is that the automated column of Created By will never output the same contact structure (always an email, but not the name). I will try just setting up a forms and tell the people involved to input in either the column or in the Forms manually the name of the person, as the issue is common and no solution has been found now to make it automatic with the automation: https://community.smartsheet.com/discussion/83254/formulas-in-contacts-columns (this post shows a very similar issue).
Thank you for the advice!
