Adding semi-colon in my sheet for multiple selections from the dropdown

I have a form with a drop down menu that allows for multiple selection. In my sheet, I'd like the selected items to be separated by a semi-colon. (e.g. November 14, 2023; November 15, 2023)

Is that possible?

Try something like this. (In a so-called, Helper Column (Dropdown, Multi))

=JOIN(DropdownColumn@row, "; ")
