Editor with Another Company

Hi There,

We are trying to add a contact from another company that is a paid user (Pro Plan) as an editor to some of our workspaces/sheets. The issue is that he only seems to have viewer permissions even though I have added him as an editor. Is there something that I am missing? TIA.
