Add columns to Connected Users Report

We would benefit from adding the following columns to the Connected Users Report:

1. Status (Active, Deactivated, Invited/Pending, Declined)
2. Last Status Change (Date, e.g. if status = Invited that's the date you sent the invite. Especially important to show the date of deactivation to support an audit)
3. Date Added (Date, similar to the Time Added in the user export, meaning when they were added to your SS account)
4. Columns for each feature they have access to (Jira, Calendar, Datatable, etc.)
5. Items they can view (Number, meaning # of assets they can view that they do not own. This would be a count of assets where their security is viewer, commenter, editor, or admin)
