Firefox - Can you please fix the scroll bar disappearing when viewing PDF attachments?

I use Firefox (version 118.0.1 (64-bit)) to access Smartsheets which often have PDF attachments. Every so often the vertical scroll bar disappears making it impossible to scroll downwards on a PDF with multiple pages. I've tried using Firefox in private or troubleshoot mode to eliminate any conflicts with extensions however this doesn't help. It is has worked in the past and seems to be intermittent. The functionality works fine in Chrome when trying to view the same attachment.

Can this please be resolved?

Hi @Lawro,

I believe you're talking about a browser feature. Doesn't that scroll bar disappear for any website or document that's longer than the page is tall, and must be scrolled to view the entirety? I feel like that's more of a question/ask for Mozilla, the Firefox developers. Not something Smartsheet has control over.
