Submitting An Answer Won't Post Until Approved.. Never Seen This Before

For the first time ever I replied to a question, and on the lower-left of my screen I saw a bubble with the text "Your comment will appear after it is approved."

I've answered several questions this week, and many in the past. Never seen this.

Has anybody else seen this?

Here's the answer I tried to provide:

Hi @DieHard Jets,

I do a Ctrl+F to bring up the Find & Replace panel.

I then search for */23 and replace with */24 as pictured below.

    Hey @Ray Lindstrom

    This was flagged for review because of an accidental swear word - instead of "Hope it helps"! you had another word typed in, I assume accidentally.
