When I select a cell on a sheet and then scroll right (so that the selected cell is now hidden), it would be helpful to have the row number highlighted. Then I can visually track that I am on the correct row.

Yes! I hate getting lost in the far end of a sheet and it would be so helpful to have the entire row highlighted when you click in any cell so you can easily see all the values along the row when editing.
I find myself temporarily freezing the first column of a sheet just so I can scroll to the right and keep track of which row I have highlighted. +1000 to this.
