Respective cells get blank
Hello community! Smartsheet is new to me, and while I find it generally helpful and easy to use, I have difficulty working with cells. When I change the project start date or finish date, the cells become blank. Although I have tried saving, closing, and restarting, the problem persists.
I have checked out the online training and forums, but have not been able to find an answer. Thanks in advance for any suggestions you may have.

Hello @Tariq H, can you provide a screenshot of the columns giving you issues (with confidential information removed) and provide a little bit more information? Are the date columns going blank, or is changing the dates causing other cells to empty? Are there any formulas in your sheet?

I do not have any formulas in my sheet as I am new to Smartsheet. Just trying to learn gradually.

Hey @Tariq H
It looks like those rows have background colours on them, with the text as white. However those cells have been updated to have a white background, which may mean the data is white-on-white.
Can you select those cells and change the colour of either the Text or the Background? Let us know if that helped!
Cheers,
Genevieve
