Not able to access enrolled courses in SmartSheet University

Hello! I have some courses that I'm enrolled in, but when I click on them I get a message saying I need to be logged in. I've tried searching for the course from the homepage, but cannot find it. Does this mean the course is no longer available?

I had that happen too. I had to go to the bottom of the main university page and click on the lesson from the side scrolling portion with all the lessons in the picture below.

I had checked here and the courses I was enrolled in were not listed. Today as I'm looking, the only free courses available are the onboarding, 6 about Resource Management and 1 for WorkApps.

Have the free courses been moved (I did read about the access point moving) or is SmartSheet going to charge us for these courses now?

Hey @NicoleGill

Is it possible that your organization's subscription changed? eLearning is an add-on purchase, so the Automating Your Workflows course would have been part of an eLearning package (either through the Standard Support or Pro Support packages, or as a specific eLearning add-on).

Thanks @Genevieve P. I didn't realize it was an add on. I know we're reviewing our subscriptions & hoping to add some new access, maybe something has changed on that end. I'll check it out.
