Permissions

Hi all


I have created a sheet and added some colleagues as editors but none of them can edit. I've tried changing them to admin and that still doesn't work. Has anyone experienced this before?

    Hello @Adele Summers, does your company perhaps have single sign-on? If so, your colleagues will need to make sure they're using your company's SSO when logging into Smartsheet. If they use the normal email and password route, it could create a separate account that isn't linked to the one connected to your company and the permissions you're giving.

    If this isn't the case, I would recommend reaching out to your Smartsheet admin to see if there are other issues with the accounts.
