How should I link one sheet to another?

I am trying to duplicate my smartsheet such that if anything changes in the original sheet, the same information gets updated in the duplicate. I have unique identifiers in my sheet which I can use to match the information. I tried using data shuttle as well but it doesn't let you choose another Smartsheet as the source location. The automation only allows move or copy the row between sheets, but I want an update option. Any suggestions? Thanks!

You could use cross-sheet formulas combined with either a VLOOKUP or INDEX/MATCH structure to connect the sheets, and when you update the source sheet, it will reflect on the destination sheet.

To connect them row by row, you'd use an Autonumber Column in the Source sheet and add a so-called helper column to manually add the row ID on as many rows as you think you need in the Destination sheet.

@Shikha DataMesh would also be the more correct tool for this! Data Shuttle deals with CSV / XLSX files into / out of sheets while DataMesh performs merges between sheets or a report and a sheet.
