In my automated notification I don't want the link to the sheet to show. How can I remove that?.

I see an option for message only, but then I would have to enter each of the fields I want to include.

Could there be an option of "Specific Fields only"

The reason I don't want to have the link is because the person getting the email does not have and does not need access to the sheet. If the link is there they will click it and request access which will cause additional unnecessary work

You can add placeholders to your Message Only so that it auto-populates certain fields only, without a link to the sheet. (e.g. {{Task Name}}, {{Owner Name}})

Thank you @Melissa Yamada I was hoping there was an easier way, I need to include 10 fields and that is a considerable amount of manual work. Something I think the Smartsheet developers can enhance.
