Admin Center - Create a Group for domain only

I hope you are doing great!

My company has recently blocked the option of sharing SS content via link without restrictions, which is pretty troublesome for scenarios of external communication with stakeholders.

Question: Is there a possibility to create a group of contact in Admin Center? Example: companyX.us / companyX.lu / companyX.mordor ?

I am aware of similar feature in Dynamic View, but in DV you grant an option to edit specific fields. In my case, I need read-only access.
