Pull in cell data from summary sheet when row is added
We would like to start tracking work orders in smartsheet. I have a sheet made up but I am struggling to find the best way to pull in the job number and job name. My thought was to pull them in from the summary sheet with a cell link but if i do this I will have to cell link each cell in as many rows as I think I will use. My second thought would be a formula but I dont have anything in the sheet to run an index collect. Ideally I am trying to get the job number and name to auto populate when the rest of the row is filled out. Any advice on how to do that would be appreciated. I plan on pushing this out to control center to 150+ projects so I want to try and get this right lol.

Do you have the Work Order number associated with a job name or number on another sheet? If so, you can do a cross-sheet reference. If not, you could create the reference sheet and have the lookup information you need.
