Create child rows automatically based on Parent

I have played with automation and don't think this is possible but hopefully this group can prove me wrong.

I need several reoccurring child tasks added after Parent task is generated. Is it possible to do this with automation or formula.

See Example Below:

Submit form and send to creative/content for initial (Parent)

·     Child Task 1

·     Child Task 2

·     Child Task 3

Is it the same set of children for all parent rows? If not, you will need to use the API or the premium add-on Bridge.

If it is the same set of children, you can use this method that I developed to do this.

@Rich N You would need to leverage the API for that one. You may be able to use other 3rd party apps as well, but I can't confirm those.

I'm trying to use your one solution for having a template to make child rows but I'm getting lost in it somewhere.

I think maybe the issue I have is each form submission has an attachment and I cannot find out how to pull attachments across sheets. I can copy or move them but then the whole thing of having child rows disappears.

Trying to see if we have access to Bridge but I was hoping you might possibly be able to give me a hand on what I'm doing and see if it is just lack of knowledge or lack of system abilities.

@Rich N I'm not sure I understand the logic of how you are going from the first image to the second, but what I can say is that you will need either the API or Bridge to be able to manipulate the attachments. There is currently no way to use a formula to reference, copy, or otherwise evaluate attachments.
