I have 2 things that have happened recently that seem to be new.

1. If I share a sheet with someone (licensed and unlicensed) at any level, they access the sheet and then have to request access. Shouldn't my share be enough?
2. I have users (unlicensed) that has been given Admin rights, but many of the column/sheet options are grayed out (ability to sort a column is one example). Based on this article https://help.smartsheet.com/sharing-permission-levels this individual should be able to do nearly everything an owner can. Is it related to the being unlicensed?

2 is definitely down to being unlicensed: while they have the access rights to do something, they can't do it without the license.
