Can I hide the conversations and attachments menu on a view only report?

I have a report where I have hidden the attachments and comment columns and have used the iframe code to embed the view only report in an internal html document.

However, people can still click on the conversations and attachments icon in the right margin and see everything. Can that be hidden? Viewer can also right click and see the attachments/comments. Doesn't seem to be a way to make this very confidential right now.

If you're just wanting the user to view but not edit the data- You could publish the report in the "Read only html" setting. There is no access to comments or attachments. https://help.smartsheet.com/articles/522078-publishing-smartsheet-items

I only have the option of Read Only - Full and the iFrame code in there allows viewers to see the comments.

I don't see the Read Only - HTML. I am on a Business level plan. Is the read only-HTML only available to higher level accounts?

It might be your account settings not allowing you to publish it with the iframe, check this post for reference.
