How to include column/row information in an email when sending files via the attachments section

some of my rows have files (PDFs., .docx, images) attached. When I click "Actions --> Send File" a "Send Attachment" window pops up. In the Subject, I would like to send something like:

"Please see the attached files for {{Clinic Name}}"

This unfortunately doesn't work. Any information will be greatly appreciated.

FYI: This is not an automated workflow. The end user will send files only when required.
