Information in emails resulting from comments

Hello -

Is there a way to customize what is in the email that a contact receives when that contact is tagged in a comment with @username?

So for example, right now, when a user is mentioned in the comments, we receive an email with the row number and the info in the primary column. Would we be able to add any other columns to that email?

No, there currently isn't a way to customize the @mention email notification. Please submit your feature request to the Product team by creating an Idea Post in the Smartsheet Product Feedback and Ideas topic here in the Community. This will allow other users to vote on your enhancement idea!
