How to check box on Duplicate cell if date will happen first

'Activity ID' 767708 is a duplicate. I'd like to have a formula in the checkbox column to check the box when the 'Acitivity ID' is a duplicated and the 'Excpd Work Week' will happen first in order to run an automation to move it to an archive sheet.
