Scroll bars does not accommodate to large size reports, landscape or portrait bars does not appears until arrive to the end of the columns or rows, other times portrait bars does not allow to visualize bottom options in the details tab.

Please add a vertical scroll bar for dynamic view - have received feedback from team members using dynamic view that vertical scrolling is not intuitive without a vertical scroll bar (like the horizontal one that already exists), or in some cases vertical scrolling does not work at all.
My team experiences this issue and it would be fantastic if resolved (if vertical scroll bar could appear always, even if not fully scrolled to the right)
