Unbale to log in smartsheet from google chrome.

I have issue to log in smartsheet from my google chrome profile -1 which has been used last couples of years. However, when i tried from another google chrome profile , it opened. Why smartsheet not able to open my log in from the profile that used to ?

Hello @Satyajit - I am not sure if this will answer your question and you may need to open up a support ticket with Smartsheet but there are a couple of things that I believe may be the issue.

1) your email address registered with Smartsheet must match your primary email address
