Can anyone help with Approval Workflows?
I am new to Smartsheet, and I created a form for travel request that needs to be approved or denied by certain approvers. I got the approval part down. When it comes to the when someone denies a request, it's not good. Every time a test travel request is submitted, the requestor gets blasted with emails notifications. I even tried just using the 'Message Only' function, but still getting blasted with EMAILS!
I need help?! What am I doing wrong with my workflow?!
