Save As New on Form not working
Hi, I created a form which I now need to duplicate in order to tweak it / modify it to create a different form. I hit "Save as New" or even "Save as Template" and it gives me an error saying that Smartsheet is having trouble right now. I tried it on another form and it worked, but on this form, even if I remove most of the selection options like copying in workflows, it will give me that error. The form itself only has 1 line item on the sheet so it does not have a ton of data or anything, since we have not launched the form yet. I emailed support too in case its a technical issue but its odd its only happening on this one form. Any ideas are appreciated.

I should note I am the sole owner and user of the sheet so it would not be a permission issue.

Can you help me with a screenshot of where you are seeing the 'Save as..." options for forms please?
When I look at the forms I've created, I only have the option to Duplicate (pic below).
Do you have this option? Would it work for you?

Apologies, maybe I am not using the right terminology here. It is the sheet containing the form I am trying to duplicate.
