How can I edit cells in a Sheet?

I created the sheet and I am going back to edit and change data. When I go to edit sheet I cannot edit. Can you tell me how I can edit data?

I am on the 'Business' Plan

Can you clarify which cells you're trying to edit? Is it possible these cells are part of a Column Formula, or are part of a Parent Row with Dependencies enabled?
