Saved changes and updates from Dynamic View are not saved in source sheet

I have some team members assigned to projects via Dynamic view, and everytime they go to edit and save their changes, it temporarily saves them, then when we go to look at the reflected changes in the source sheet they disappear. Functionality was working for a couple months, but just this week multiple team members have all seen this same issue. Changes that were edited and successfully changed seem to be overwritten and then the entire row becomes blank. The cell version history is blank as if we did not ever edit them. Incoming data through Data Shuttle does not impact this, so it also should not be the source of problem--especially since the functionality has been working perfect for a couple months. How can we address this?

How is your Data Shuttle set up exactly? Do you have any move row automations built into the sheet?
