Show both inbound and outbound links

We have some sheets that draw in data from other sheets (Inbound links) and deliver data to other sheets (Outbound links). However, the Manage References menu (right click on a cell) only shows Outbound links. Also, you cannot stretch the Sheet Reference Manager dialog box to see all details.

This is particularly problematic if you create a new workspace using Save as New because the sheet in the new workspace will contain inbound cell links from an OLD workspace. Very dangerous.
