It would be nice to have the following:
1) a poll that collects data based off of criteria for Impact for a given project
2) using a range of 0, 1, 2, 3, 5, 8 13, 21, 32
3) sum up the criteria for the Impact to use as a value in the bubble chart
4) a poll that collects data based off of criteria for Effort for a given project
5) using a range of 0, 1, 2, 3, 5, 8 13, 21, 32
6) sum up the criteria for the Effort to use as a value in the bubble chart
7) in the same poll above, for a given project, find the average for Urgency
8) us the Urgency as the size of the bubble in the chart for the given project
9) identify if the project is strategic or non-strategic, used to color the two different types of projects
10) allow for review and revote on any one of Impact, Effort, and/or Urgency
There may be any given number of people voting, 5 - 11
Criteria is defined and is static in the setup so it is used against all projects. This is so prioritization can be evaluated consistently
I have created this in Excel, but would like to see it in Smartsheet so we only need one tool as a dashboard.
I have a need to have a bubble chart for reporting for determining project strategy. This would be a very valuable addition to SmartSheet. And would allow all reporting in one system vs. having to use a combined SmartSheet/ Excel process.
