Data Shuttle / Google Drive / Google Sheets - sharing permissions

I am trying to bring a shared google sheet into our smartsheet environment via Data Shuttle. It appears that I can only access this sheet via Data Shuttle if the entire drive is shared to me by the owner. Individually shared sheets do not appear to be accessible.

Can anyone confirm?

This is problematic for me. The sheet is owned by a 3rd party and they are unlikely to want to share with me the entire drive that it sits in.

Has anyone else come across this problem and do you have any suggestions/workarounds for me?

Hi @Jim B

You're correct - Data Shuttle needs to access files either from your drive or from the "Shared drives" section of Google Drive. If you're only shared to the individual item, you'll need to make a copy of the sheet into your own Google Drive.
