Dynamic View Configurations

I am trying to understand what a configuration in Dynamic View is please.

I am thinking this might be a great product for a client, but I don't understand what is included in the basis level. I thought we could create as many views as possible so would appreciate some clarification.

If I have a sheet where I want to share this with 10 different people based on email address then I assume that this is one configuration.

If I use the same sheet and create a different view and share with the same group of people, is this a second configuration?

Thanks for confirming. Having seen the pricing, whilst an amazing product would be far too expensive for my small client. What a shame.
