True/False IF formula not working?

I noticed that the formula I was using wasn't working so I moved it to a text column to see if the output is correct. Turns out the output is giving me 0, so no wonder the checkbox isn't checking!

My issue is that I'm trying to get a checkbox to check if the values are either -5 or 5. However, I'm stumped on what I'm supposed to do here to get this to work.

5% in a formula would be .05. Update your formula and it should work.

Thank you! That worked. Sometimes staring at the sheet for so long takes a toll on the brain lol
