Why does my simple flow not working ?

I have created a simple flow that whenever an input is reached the sheet through a form, an email has to be triggered to the sender as an acknowledgement. This was working for some time and now this is completely stopped working. It doesn’t respond event when i trigger this manually from the workflow screen.. Any idea?

would need to see the automation. does the automation page show Unable to run? This can happen if columns are removed or properties changed

Hi Markkrebs, Started working as soon as i clicked on Edit, saved without any changes.. The only thing i observed that i created the form, sheet and the workflow last month and did not work on it at all. .. Anyways, thanks for the support
