Sending Request Form with Hyperlink

Hi,

I want to know If there is a hyperlink in my sheet, which points to another smartsheet. I use workflow to ask others to update their row. In this case, I found that after receiving it, they could not click on the hyperlink to go to another smartsheet. In that cell, it was only displayed in text format.

I want to know what I should do so that when they open the update form, they can display the hyperlink to another sheet.

You should be able to put the sheet hyperlink directly in the message box of the automation workflow.
