Outlook Add in not working

The Smartsheet Outlook Add-In works when I use the Outlook desktop version but does not work when I try the Outlook beta version, which is web-based. Below is the error message I received. Can the Add-In work in the new version of Outlook? Thanks!

Sometimes this issue can be caused by your Office365 administrator changing security settings to disallow add-ins that have not been approved by administrators. Have you tried contacting your Office365 administrator?

I am having this same problem, my office 365 admin has added smartsheet for outlook add in, again it will not work and receive the message quoted below. Have you had a solution to this problem?
