How to make an attachment mandatory, in a form
Hello!
I am creating an intake form which requests multiple attachments. Is there a way to include an attachment request, within a question, and make this "required" to confirm it has been uploaded? I am new to the community and appreciate any advice here. Thank you so much!

Hi @TeriB
On the left-hand side of the form create screen you have a section called form elements. In that section is a file upload option. Add that to your form. Then, on the right-hand side of the screen set that field to "required".

Thank you so much! I know how to do this however, there are specific columns, that a W9 is required, for example, in addition to a signed MSA. Is there a way to add an attachment, per column? Thank you!

Hi @TeriB
I do not believe you can attach files to a column, only to a row. There is logic functionality that enables you to ask a follow-up question, based on the answer given, but the follow-up doesn't include the file upload element - only another column.
