Is there a way to group like or same project request forms?

My team utilizes Smartsheet for streamlining engineering requests. Both customers and employees complete a form, which is then incorporated into our spreadsheet for task assignment. The form includes a section where users can input previous requests related to the same project, but this is often left blank due to a lack of recollection or it is a new person working on the project. I'm interested in exploring the possibility of adding a column that auto-populates suggested past requests based on the project name. This feature would eliminate the need for manual searching and help identify relevant requests tied to the same project more efficiently.

You can create a report from the sheet and group it by the Project name. This will show all requests which have the same Project name under the group.
