An important user of mine was deleted. I need to find out if I did that by accident or if someone else did. Is there a log of admin things that have been done?

I believe you would only be able to see that type of log if you have Smartsheet Safeguard.

According to the API document, if your organization's plan is Enterprise, you can use Smartsheet API to list events, including the remove-user-from_account events.

If so, you can get the user who removed ures from the user_id information of the list event call.
