Automation Issue
I set up smart sheets for different districts and we have 2 reps who are not receiving assignment ownership. Has anyone run into this issue?

What type of automation do you have set up? What exactly do you mean by "assignment ownership"?

I have an automation to notify someone of a line being assigned to them on my main sheet.

Have you confirmed that their emails are entered correctly? Have they checked their spam floders?

Yes, email addresses are entered correctly and we have scrubbed their email boxes with no luck.
One of the people who are having the issue are getting all other automations regarding the lines assigned to them just not the initial one.

Try deleting the automation and then recreating it.

I have tried that it didn't fix the issue. It has been a one-off issue so far. Most people are not having the problem. I have deleted and recreated the automation. I have also deleted the rep and recreated them as well.
For one of the reps having this issue it is only the initial assignment automation they are not getting however, they are getting all the other automations on the sheet (reminder, missed appointment)
For the other rep he is not receiving any notifications at all. I have done the same troubleshooting for him.
However, I can go directly to the automation and run it and they both received notifications.
