Solution needed for cross-departmental collaboration and communication.

I represent a small DMO with approximately eight isolated departments. Despite regular all-staff meetings and shared updates, we face challenges in cross-departmental communication and collaboration. I'm seeking a solution where each department can input their work updates and status, visible to the entire company. Additionally, I aim for a system that monitors departmental productivity and ensures accountability.
