Can we please have the ability to customize a home screen. The ability to show only favorites, most frequently used, most recently opened, build folders, default to the workspace view, etc, etc, etc would be extremely helpful.

Yes please, I do not like that it defaults to the suggested list instead of my workspaces.
I would like to be able to modify the "suggested" list with my own suggestions!
Our team would like to have the ability to add custom content to our Home Screen such as training materials, helpful documentation, etc. An employee home page of sorts so all shortcut links they need is available straight away from the home screen. Thank you.
This would be great if this was possible. We have a "Getting Started" dashboard which we've set to the Custom Help screen but it would be nice if this was able to replace the Home screen.
I understand wanting to build a system that is fast, efficient, standardized, and performs. However, at a minimum, it would be extremely helpful if the Home screen were customizable. That is one area that does not benefit from conformity but rather frustrates users. A dashboard is an alternative but forces the users to go to the dashboard when they access the platform; this is an inefficiency. A system-managed Home screen does not take into account individual user needs and preferences. It is similar to the algorithms used by social media companies which is incredibly irritating. So what if I haven't accessed that file in 6 months, I want it on my Home screen for a reason. You are doing nothing to engender appreciation and loyalty by keeping this locked down.
If the Home screen were customized by the user, accessing the platform just became thing of beauty. Imagine logging in and seeing your "command central" built to your exact specifications. Being able to customize the Home screen ensures users are able to arrange their work in a way that makes sense to them, how they work, and how they organize their work. It showcases a customer-centric mindset that your users will absolutely appreciate.
Once a user leaves the Home screen the platform is mostly fine, finding workspaces, sheets, and all the rest is straightforward enough. But, I truly believe you are missing out on some low-hanging fruit with this one. Please consider adding it to your roadmap.
As one of the system admins, it is absurd to me that I cannot view or have access to all of the items created in my organization. We have over 11,000 reports, sheets, and dashboards and I can't see them. I have no visibility to if people are using our plan for their own personal use, or what kind of work is going on unless…
I noticed this the other day and tested Ctrl + M – it does not work. I submit ticket to Smartsheet support – they told me that’s expected behavior because it’s not currently available even though it still shows as keyboard shortcut in the menu🙄 and told me to submit new product idea. Please add this keyboard shortcut to…
Our sheets & workspaces require many people to have Admin level capabilities, which means that when someone requests access to a sheet or workspace, that email is sent to every Admin. This causes confusion and higher risk of no access granted (because people have learned to ignore the emails) or the wrong level of access…
