Calendar App - Event Details Setup

I have the details of a calendar shown as below but wanted to adjust a few things. I would like to move the comment field to the bottom of the page and change the last question to a Yes or No radio button. Is this possible?

The order of the fields in the Details tab will be based on the order of the Columns in the source sheet. This means that yes, you can move the Comments field to the bottom by moving the Comments column to the far right in your sheet. Let me know if that works for you!

In regards to radio buttons, the Calendar App cannot currently translate dropdown values into radio buttons. You could set up two checkbox columns to indicate Yes or No and add two separate fields, instead.
