Default Sheet View without possibility to change it for editors

I hope you are doing great!

I have a question related to topic mentioned here: https://community.smartsheet.com/discussion/25136/filter-default

I have already created a default view with current user:

Changes are visible in "Share" feature, see:

The desired state is to set up a view, which cannot be changed by editors. Reviewers access the sheet simultaneously and complete audit = row.

🤬 The tricky part! 👹:

There might be cases, where reviewer has to add another row with selected infromation from previous row. I will describe this scenario in another post for easier search and add here ( ... ) .

Considering above, raport feature is not an option.

This sounds like a perfect use case for the premium add-on Dynamic View.

Hi @Romano el Polako,

Unfortunately you can not restrict which views are available (lock down a view) even though you can select a default view.

It would make for a great product idea though if ones not already submitted that you could up-vote.

Yes, actually you are very right, I am using Dynamic View for static reports of weekly / monthly results, but it can be also used for the scenario of limited view and edit access.

I will give it a try and share progress. The only problem is that my organization is planning to stop funding this premium app. Let's see!
